Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving date for items in new condition, which means items must be brand new and unworn with tags to be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the rights to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (brand new and unworn with tags).

Any items returned that are not in salable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.


We will not accept any returns postmarked after 30 days of receiving date.
Initial shipping fees (if included) will not be refunded.

 

Shipping Fees for Return or Exchange

Free 30-Day Exchange Policy. We allow you to exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. If you are exchanging your items within the US and Canada, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning for refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning shipping.

That's to say, if the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

How to Return

To complete your return please do as follows:

  • Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached;
  • Send us an e-mail at support@commouds.com with your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reasons;
  • Please contact us to get the Return Address.
  • Drop off your package at your carrier. Send us the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.

 

Kindly allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

  • For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-14 business days for the transaction to process.
  • For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
  • For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 48 hours for your account to be updated.
